View From The Peg

The latest view from the peg is when the trio visited Stoat Hall Fishery near Bretherton

It was a cold start to the day as we walked over to Pool Two.

Top picture is of the peg I chose on pool two, I fished at 10 metres and about 4 feet away to the right of the island, depth of swim was about 2 feet 6 inches with a slight slope from left to right

This swim produced 2 small common carp, 1 on pellet & 1 on pinkie, I also had some decent skimmers & roach.

In the afternoon I decided to try my luck on the latest pool and pictures to the left show the peg I chose.

This peg has a good depth of water,during the course of the afternoon I had plenty of skimmers & roach.Steve & Nelson fished this pool also, with Steve bagging a few small carp.
